I started my professional experience working at Innovative Awards beginning as a production assistant and in a short time I was promoted to Graphic Designer and later Production Manager. I designed and prepared digital files for use in outputs such as screen printing, wide format printing, laser engraving, dye sublimation, and vinyl graphics. Managed a team of seven employees operating various forms of printing equipment to produce products for retail and wholesale clients, while also communicating directly with clients processing orders, processing payments and maintaining the showroom. I began my journey into design through the Graphic Design elective in high school. This class taught me design principals and expanded my knowledge of design software. In addition I was also taught how to screen print apparel, operate a laser engraver and create vinyl graphics using a plotter.
